For both hardware upgrades and software applications, purchased products are fully installed or fully configured according to customer’s specifications. Alpitel information system manages the client order workflow from order placement until its dispatch. A written statement of work which has been completed is signed by the technical personnel who carry out the work and the quality control. Training is offered through specialized teaching staff and through the collaboration with the most important training and IT operators. Courses are available on disparate subjects, with particular attention to principles of networks, tools for infrastructure development, network technology and security. Courses are held in the Alpitel’s classrooms or at the client’s site. |

A contract subscription with Alpitel allows clients to avail of Alpitel’s technical support infrastructure. The support infrastructure can resolve problems that are submitted by phone. This service is based on an internal and external escalation which guides the client to the issue’s resolution. |

This solution is made possible by Alpitel’s specialized staff. Clients can outsource the partial or total management of their IT systems. Every case is treated uniquely with customized solutions offered to solve specific clients’ requirements such as the outsourcing of a particular function or a total outsourcing solution. |

For both local and wide networks, Alpitel specialized technicians carry out an inspection and an analysis of the customer’s functional requirements before drafting a detailed plan which is then delivered to the client. The plan always takes into consideration the most suitable and efficient solutions available. If Alpitel is requested to execute the project, an assigned project manager will supervise the schedule of works. |
